Jocelyn Gibson is the Program Coordinator for the DSS Foster Family Licensing and Support program in the Upstate. Jocelyn has a BA in Sociology from Clemson University, and 17 years of experience working with foster families. Jocelyn is a life-long resident of Anderson.
